Returns & exchanges
Due to the unique, delicate quality, and low quantity of our items, exchanges are not always possible. Exchanges on items are contingent upon item availability . We gladly accept returns on unused and undamaged items. Must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt of item(s). There is a 10% item restock fee applied to all items returned. If the item is damaged in the package or by shipping carrier, exchange or refund may be processed after the investigation process.We gladly accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order.
